Homemade Hot Cocoa Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of Whole Milk
  • 2 ½ cups of Heavy Cream
  • ½ – ¾ cup of Cocoa Cauldron Luxury Hot Cocoa Mix
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Torani Classic Hazelnut Syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 ½ cups of Whole Milk and ½ cup of Heavy cream.
  2. Add hot cocoa mix and a pinch of salt to heated milk/cream stir until well mixed
  3. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cream, Vanilla Extract, and Hazelnut Syrup.
  4. Put the mixture in the fridge until cool.
  5. Place mixture in your Ice Cream Maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
