Homemade Hot Cocoa Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of Whole Milk
- 2 ½ cups of Heavy Cream
- ½ – ¾ cup of Cocoa Cauldron Luxury Hot Cocoa Mix
- Pinch of fine sea salt
- 1-2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Torani Classic Hazelnut Syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat 1 ½ cups of Whole Milk and ½ cup of Heavy cream.
- Add hot cocoa mix and a pinch of salt to heated milk/cream stir until well mixed
- Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cream, Vanilla Extract, and Hazelnut Syrup.
- Put the mixture in the fridge until cool.
- Place mixture in your Ice Cream Maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
